Sales Negotiator

Your Role: 

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be at the heart of our operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in matching clients with their perfect homes and ensuring the smooth running of the sales process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements.
  • Conduct property viewings, highlighting features to prospective buyers and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and following up to nurture interest in properties.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties to drive satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for new business, including booking property valuations.
  • Keep sellers up to date with feedback and market progress.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within property or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to challenges.
