I have worked in the industry for some 21 years and was lucky enough to start working for Martin & Co in 2007 as an Assistant Lettings Manager. After 5 years I changed departments and took up the roll of Property Manager and found this was the job I loved. I have had a couple of job changes working away from Martin & Co but have ended up coming back to Property Management as this is my true vocation. I enjoy customer service, working with a great team, and ensuring landlords and their tenants are happy and compliant.
