Simran (better known as Sim to colleagues) never stops laughing. Sim’s former role before being a Property Manager was as a Lettings Consultant which has helped shaped her knowledge in how to deal with investment Landlords and work in the fast-paced Birmingham lettings market. Aside from being the office skincare guru, Sim is very family focused and after joining the team in 2023 she has thrown herself into the role. Her favourite part of the job is working with the rest her team. Learning the City Centre, one development at a time, Sim has broadened her knowledge in no time at all.
