Shahid has 15 years’ experience in Retail and Commercial Banking Management and has been involved in setting up several successful family businesses. Prior to Martin & Co, Shahid was a Director at a prominent High Street bank, leading, motivating and empowering a multi-segment team across multiple offices in one of the bank’s most valuable and complex Financial Centres. Shahid is confident of emulating past success by helping Martin & Co Bedford deliver value for money to its clients and is keen to provide a world-class customer experience.
