Sarah joined the Colchester Office of Martin & Co as our Property Manager in September 2022 responsible for the safety of our rental properties and managing all repairs and refurbishments both during the tenancy and in between the void periods when a tenant has vacated. Sarah also handles the check out processes and carries out the administration for the deposit refunds after dilapidations have been agreed between the landlords and tenants. Sarah lives in Clacton on Sea with her husband and children.
