More than a decade ago Paul saw a gap in the Staffordshire lettings market and decided to open Martin & Co Stafford in 2010. Being a landlord himself, with over 20 years of experience, Paul has a strong understanding of the lettings market and investment potential, and so is regularly called upon for advice from current and new landlords. He also offers help with finding suitable properties, offering a tailor-made service to suit all budgets and needs. When not seeking new investments, Paul can be found coaching his son’s football team or playing golf.
