Being a landlord himself with over 20 years of experience, Paul has a deep understanding of what is needed to rent a property accordingly and so I regularly found being called upon for advice from current and new landlords, he also offers help with investments, offering a tailor-made service to suit all budgets and needs. Paul deals with the financial side of the business, from paying landlords to ensuring all legalities are met for the business to be compliant. When not seeking new investments Paul can be found putting a few on the golf course.
