Nicky has plenty of experience in hospitality, primarily managing pubs and bars. She has a keen eye for detail and loves problem solving. Outside of the office, Nicky spends her free time working on her cars. When not working on her latest projects, she loves trying new foods and spending time with her dog Murphy.
