Neal was born in Bedford and started his career in Estate Agency in 2000 as a sales negotiator progressing to branch manager working around Bedford and Cambridgeshire. After a period of approximately 10 years working in property sales he was transferred to the lettings and property management side of Estate Agency and gained a lot of experience dealing with tenants, maintenance, landlord appraisals, inventories etc. In his spare time he enjoys watching Football, Formula 1 and spending time with his friends and family.
