Matthew joined us at the beginning of 2024 with 3 years’ experience in lettings. Matthews’ primary role is to conduct all the property visits, generating photographic reports which are sent to landlords with any recommendations. Through being proactive Matthew can identify and resolve matters with the maintenance team before they become an issue, saving our landlords money. By keeping this service in house, it also provides continuity for landlords and tenants alike.
