Martin’s main job is working for Strabag as a Mechanical Fitter. However, he does work within our office part-time as required. Martin has completed his NfoPP level 2 in Residential Lettings and as he has a portfolio of properties himself he also understands the needs and expectations of landlords and tenants alike. He is also a trained inventory clerk and trained Legionnaire assessor so is able to advise on the best course of action with deposit disputes and fully understands legal compliance issues. In Martin’s spare time he enjoys riding in trials, mountain biking, going to the gym and property renovations.
