I have recently joined the Martin & Co office as the new property manager, I have been able to transfer skills from my previous job roles to my new role and I am thoroughly enjoying learning the different aspects of the role. I deal with properties from a tenant moving in to them vacating to which I will deal with maintenance issues, tenancy renewals & issues, vacating the property and various other jobs.
I am confident that during my time here, I will learn valuable information along with building good relationships with our contractors, tenants and landlords and I look forward to progressing in the branch.
