Lindsay is our Director & Co-Owner, and is delighted to be leading the Martin & Co Medway team. Having been involved in Buy to Let since 1995, and over the past 6 years growing a large portfolio of HMOs (House of Multiple Occupation) in Kent, she says she’s a landlord & property investor first and letting agent second. This insight of what a landlord needs & wants gives her a real understanding that she feels is often missing in the lettings industry. Lindsay is always keen to meet landlords and investors looking to either get involved in property for the first time, or to grow their current portfolio. Having been Kent based for the past 10 years, she is happy to give honest, professional free advice on all property investment matters. She has a wealth of experience in sourcing the right property, getting it refurbished correctly on time and on budget, and ensuring it is continually let at the right price. Her focus is to ensure that Martin & Co Medway clients receive great service in sales & lettings whilst helping to keep their property journey a profitable one.
