Previously Kevin held senior positions within HMRC, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Baker Tilley as a tax expert negotiating deals for clients. Having a commercial background has proved invaluable in advising landlords about opportunities to maximise their returns (as well as minimising their tax!). In his view property investment has no equal, it is tangible, provides virtually guaranteed income with long term capital growth and if looked after by a diligent agent should remain entirely passive for the investor.
