Karen joined Martin & Co Colchester in January 2021 as our Property Inspector visiting our rental properties to ensure they are in a safe condition and being looked after by the tenants. Karen has also been responsible for handling the tenancy application administration for our new tenants and arranging the transfer of utilities and Council Tax between tenancies. Karen has recently been appointed as our Property Management Assistant to support our Property manager in completing repairs and managing deposit refunds.
Karen lives in Rowhedge with her husband and son where she has helped her local Church with charity issues and loves baking great cakes for them.
