Joseph started the Martin & Co franchise in Paisley in 2008, building it from the ground up. He is an accredited agent with completing the CIH Level 3 Certificate in Letting and Managing Residential Property. In his previous life Joseph was a Civil Engineer for 25 years building roads and bridges in Africa. Joseph is responsible for generating new business and driving the Sales side of the business forward. In his spare time he enjoys Munro bagging, cooking, sailing and photography. He strongly believes a well-trained and motivated team are the key to the success of the business and ensures that his office is always efficient, effective and customer driven.
