Jon is our Director & Co-Owner, and is delighted to be a part of the Martin & Co Medway team. Alongside Lindsay, Jon has also been involved in Buy to Let for over 20 years, and in the last 6/7 years focused on growing a significant HMO portfolio. His mix of property & financial services knowledge can really help new and existing property investors grow their property portfolio. In addition, he can review current investors properties and help them make profitable decisions. Again, something he feels is often lacking in the lettings industry. Being Dorset based, Jon is a regular visitor to the branch and is keen to give advice on all property investment matters.
