After working 16 years in retail Jess took a complete career change and has worked in the Lettings industry for the last 2 and half years, starting out as an Admin Assistant and is now a Lettings Negotiator. She has a passion for customer service and enjoys being the point of contact for new and existing clients.
Outside of work, she is mum to 2 boys and enjoys spending time with family and taking her dog Rosie for long walks through the woods. She especially enjoys a good fancy dress party with friends and family!
