Born and raised in Plymouth, Gemma has worked in a variety of customer-service roles over the course of the last 10 years. These skills have enabled her to transition seamlessly into estate agency where she now fulfils the role of Office Manager. Alongside this, Gemma is also our Client Accountant and is responsible fornew business generation. From a young age Gemma has always talked a lot and this allows her to develop rapport and express a genuine desire to help all our clients. Gemma manages the office as a whole and ensures that processes are developed and revised as required. She prides herself on always being approachable and honest within her role and strives to ensure the best outcome for all parties, ensuring they all receive exceptional service throughout their journey. In her spare time she is a keen home-ware buyer for her ever changing living room!
