Gavin Naish has been working within the Hampshire lettings agency market for over 20 years, and along with his wife Carrie Naish founded the Martin & Co Southampton Woolston Letting & Estate Agents in Spring 2007. They have a wealth of knowledge about the local letting property scene and are always on hand in the office to help the team. Outside of the business Gavin and Carrie enjoy spending time with their growing family. Gavin can often be found showing tenants around our properties, and is constantly striving to match tenants and buyers with their perfect property in Southampton, Chandlers Ford or Gosport. Gavin and Carrie formally completed their first portfolio acquisition in 2016 followed by the purchase of the Southampton City franchise on 01st April 2017 merging the Southampton Woolston and City offices together. Gavin & Carrie formally purchased the Gosport franchise in 2018, where- as 2019 saw a major expansion into the Chandlers ford market with the addition of a large local portfolio coming under the Martin & Co umbrella.
