Erica has worked in the property industry since 1999 and has a wealth of experience and knowledge in property management (block management, freehold management and lettings), property development (investment appraisals, commercial and residential developments), and sales. She has a 2:1 BSC (HONS) in Building Surveying from the University of Reading and an MBA (with distinction) from Kingston University. In her spare time, Erica is a trustee of two local charities and relaxes by playing the piano and gardening
