Dennis started the business in 2008 and has grown it into an award-winning agency that focuses on maintaining high quality service and ethical standards. He has an in depth knowledge of the Kent Coast area, particularly the Folkestone and Dover property markets. The offices have a proven track record in sales & lettings as well as in block management and in mortgages, while specialising in portfolio management due to exceptional standards and processes Dennis has established within the business. His clients and key staff members have been retained for many years, bearing testament to his unrelenting desire to treat people in the correct way, deliver results and bring the best out in others through excellent management. Dennis has lived and worked in The Netherlands and in the USA before settling in the UK in 2005. Away from the office, Dennis is a keen Formula 1 fan but above all a family man to his two children.
