Having began in estate agency work back in 1990 within a busy corporate network, I quickly established myself as a leading sales negotiator within my office. My passion for the job has ensured my experience has covered every aspect of the property industry. I’m well known within Lincolnshire for running and developing Gainsborough Estates into the main market leaders within the town. I became a director of the company together with my late husband David Longstaff and dedicated our lives to ensuring the company, its staff and its clients were prioritised with the high service standards I demanded. We’re branded to Martin and Co over 10 years ago and have continued to grow the business at a rapid rate thanks to a massive effort to ensure natural growth and various acquisitions of rental port folios. I am the sole director of our Gainsborough office and together with the efforts of my trusted staff, we continue to grow from strength to strength.
