I have been working in housing industry for over 15 years and have experience in working in a variety of housing sectors: social housing, residential and commercial markets. I started my career in a housing association where I worked for nearly five years. I was then offered to work for a small independent letting agency in Eastleigh as a weekend viewings assistant, before being promoted to a part-time letting negotiator. I then worked for a large corporate company in the same capacity before moving over to another independent agency in Chandler’s Ford where I was offered a role of Senior Lettings Negotiator. Before joining Martin and Co in August 2020 I worked for a company offering commercial leases of offices and laboratory spaces. I consider myself very people oriented, friendly and enthusiastic. I enjoy the variety of my role and building customer centric relations with my clients, offering an excellent level of customer service and giving professional advice are the core things for success in my role.
