Having previously worked for Martin & Co, Amy has returned back to the fold after a 2-year absence. Amy was born and raised in Plymouth, where her passion for customer service has been shaped by her extensive experience in a variety of customer-facing roles. Over the years, she has developed a wide range of skills and a deep understanding that are essential to her current position, all while building strong relationships with both tenants and landlords. In her role, Amy is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties on behalf of landlords and assisting tenants with any maintenance or tenancy-related issues that arise. Committed to professional growth, she is currently working toward her Level 3 ARLA qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management, which will further enhance her expertise and ability to provide the best possible service in the lettings industry.
