I have been working for the Widnes office for the last 3 years, throughout this time I have transferred my previous customer service experience to this job role. I predominantly deal with properties from becoming vacant to a tenant moving in, I will therefore carry out viewings, deal with applications, referencing and move in’s. I enjoy the variety within the role, seeing the properties and dealing with the applicants. By doing this role I build up a good working relationship with our landlords to also ensure they are getting the best possible tenant for them.
