Congratulations to our Lettings Director, Sarah Lillico, who is celebrating 15 years with the company.
Sarah first came to us as a trainee lettings negotiator and worked her way up to Lettings Manager and then General Manager of Martin&Co.
In the last few years, as the business expanded she was made a Company Director, helping oversee the start of the successful Whitegates sales operation, and Land and Property Development, as well as picking up HR responsibility for the 21 staff.
Along the way, Sarah has successfully studied for professional qualifications in lettings, sales and financial services, which were sponsored by the company.
Customers and staff alike have benefited from Sarah’s enthusiasm, cheerfulness and ‘can do’ approach, as well as her incredible range of experience.
