Melissa has over 3 years of experience in lettings, made up of being both a negotiator and property manager providing a solid foundation of knowledge to deal with a wide range of maintenance reports. Melissa also regularly calls upon her previous customer service experience when liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords to create a seamless process from initial report to invoicing and aftercare.
