Gill has worked in the property industry for over 15 years, joining Martin & Co in 2018 initially in the Property Management Team. More recently Gill has become our principal Sales Progressor, a job of which she is extremely experienced in and really passionate about. Gill’s favorite part of the job is following a property from instruction through to completion. She’s involved in booking the viewing, negotiating the offer, offering financial and solicitor services and chasing the solicitors etc. every step of the way, communicating between sellers and buyers to make it a smooth and “enjoyable†process for all of those involved, and if she can’t make it exactly enjoyable she aims to make is as stress free as possible. Gill feels that the best part of her job is handing over the keys on completion to an excited buyer whether they be first time buyers or an experienced property investor. At weekends Gill can be found out and about on long walks or even longer bike rides, weather permitting.
