Carolyn is the newest member of the team; Her background incorporates twenty-two years experience as a Sales Support Manager. Now our Property Manager, her many responsibilities include management visits, arranging maintenance and repairs in our managed properties and ensuring Gas Safety Inspections are carried out annually. In addition, Carolyn manages the tenancy renewals and is the reassuring contact for landlords, tenants and contractors alike.
