Another highly experienced member of staff who recently celebrated 10 years with the company, Jayne runs the team which processes rents and makes payments to landlords. She is rightly proud of how quickly our Crewe landlords get paid after receipt of rent, especially considering that her unit handles over 1000 rental payments per month! She maintains one of the lowest rent arrears records in the industry and, as The Collector, personally intervenes to ensure that any stragglers are encouraged to pay promptly! Jaynes is also responsible for issuing notices and supporting landlords legally ensuring peace of mind for her landlords.
