Dan is the office ‘comedian’ so when things are getting stressful in the office, he’s the person to turn to, to brighten up your day! He joined Martin & Co having previously worked for a large corporate estate agency where he started his career in lettings. He is the point of contact for potential tenants who are looking for a new property and his role involves carrying out viewings and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants, which are the two things he enjoys most about the role. Outside of work he can be found trying out all the different shisha cafes across the Midlands.
