Owners and Bedford residents Shahid Miah and Habib Rahman bring years of experience in retail banking and property management. The partners have built their own property portfolio and are strongly committed to helping others to do likewise, by combining entrepreneurial flair, local knowledge and a passion for customer service.
Our main areas of business are residential sales, lettings and property management, property investment and mortgage advice. The office is located on St Loyes Street in the heart of the town centre and just a short walk from the train station.

We recently won The British Property Lettings Award for Bedford. The team performed outstandingly throughout the extensive judging period, which focused on customer service levels. Martin & Co Bedford has now been shortlisted for a number of national awards which will be announced shortly.
In 2021, Martin & Co Bedford acquired local independent businesses Compass Lettings and Gateway Lettings adding to their already extensive portfolio of properties.
