Property Description
Situated away from the passing traffic, is this three storey property. This house should offer everything you would need, whether you are taking your first steps onto the property ladder or if you are trading down from a larger family home.
The house itself is light and bright throughout with lots of double glazed windows allowing the sunlight to burst in, flooding each and every room with natural light. The lounge/kitchen is open plan and a good size, ensuring that one end of the room is large enough for a sofa and the other end is the perfect space for a dining table. The kitchen area is sleek and modern and has ample cupboard space for all your condiments, pots and pans. For those wanting extra space, the basement is an ideal area for storing those essential items. Upstairs, you will also discover three bedrooms, two of which are good sized doubles and an additional single so there is plenty of space for families with children. The bathroom has a tub which will allow for a relaxing soak in the evening with a shower over for when you need to "get up and go" in the morning. The patio garden is ideal for those of you looking for something easy to maintain whilst also wanting a garden that you can take pride in it's appearance. There is also a small outhouse which could be used as a handy bike storage.
For those of you unfamiliar with the area, the property is within easy reach to QE Hospital, Harborne High Street and local shops and amenities. There are also some highly regarded private and state schools close by. We could go on and on, but to fully appreciate the potential that this home offers, an internal viewing will be required. We look forward to your call.
WHAT THE OWNER SAYS
"I moved back to Harborne in 2019 and was keen to find a home to settle in that offered close proximity to the High Street but was also quiet - quite a hard ask in Harborne! Greenfield Road was definitely my first choice and I couldn't have found a more ideal home being set back from the road we are spoiled with how quiet and private the lane is. It's also been wonderful to be able to walk to work in the city centre during the pandemic or hop on a train at University or bus from the High Street. We have enjoyed entertaining in the open plan living space and having barbecues outside especially when the sun hits the courtyard in the summer perfectly. My partner has now moved back from France and we are looking to settle in the countryside, but we will be very sad indeed to leave this beautiful house."
