Energy Conservation Checks

Landlords You must make an Energy Performance Certificate available to all prospective tenants the first time you let a property after the 1st October, 2008. Contact the team at the Wrexham office for advice and we can also quickly arrange the provision of an EPC having partnered with Inspexs, a Local Provider and we can commission an assessment and provision of a certificate on your behalf at modest cost.

Tenants If you are interested in renting a property then an Energy Performance Certificate will be made available to you free of charge if you take a tenancy on or after the 1st October 2008. This will help you to compare the likely running costs of different properties and do your bit for the environment.

N. B. An EPC is only required for a property which is self-contained and is valid for 10 years.

Eagles Meadow Development

The new Eagles Meadow fringe of town centre retail and leisure scheme is due to open in six weeks time to bring a new standard of shopping and leisure provision to Wrexham including a multiplex cinema and bowling alley and an apartment scheme.
