Welcome to the homepage of the Newark office

At the Newark office we specialise in renting quality houses and apartments to working people in and around the town. All of our properties are offered unfurnished unless specifically stated otherwise.

Tenants and landlords are always welcome to come in and see us. We can be found at our premises at 2-4 Lombard Street (the former T-Mobile shop).

We are open 6 days a week. We open at 9 am every day apart from Saturday when we open at 9.30 am. We close at 5.30 pm during the week and at 3.00 pm on a Saturday. Appointments to view properties can often be made a little later than our office closing times if necessary.

Please note that we specialise in professional lettings. We do not normally have property suitable for students and tenants on lower incomes may well be required to have a suitable guarantor before being accepted.
