41% INCREASE IN ANNUAL REVENUE
Martin & Co has revealed a 41% increase in revenue for 2008.
It was one of a number of successes we celebrated at our annual conference and awards ceremony in Birmingham last month.
Martin & Co, which was named Estate Agency Franchisor of the Year at The Negotiator Awards 2008, opened 40 new offices across the UK last year, more than in any other year. This brings our total number of offices to around 160, closer to our target of 200 offices by 2010.
The network has opened an additional 11 offices since the start of the year, with a further 20 due before the end of 2009 and one scheduled for 2010.
