New owner for succesful lettings office in Rochdale
There’s a new face at leading Rochdale lettings agents Martin & Co. In every other respect, however, it’s very much business as usual in the familiar Cheetham Street branch of the UK’s biggest name in lettings.
The face in question belongs to new franchisee Carl Clarke. Born and bred just down the road in Bolton, he brings with him over 10 years’ lettings experience in the North West.
(Its a busy time for Carl as he will also be opening a new office in Bolton before the end of October.)
Other than Carl, however, the established team of Zainub Mennen, Kim Vickery and Robyn Harley Tonge remains the same. As does the exceptional level of service enjoyed by landlords and tenants alike since Martin & Co first opened its doors in Rochdale back in January 2007.
