Buy-to-Let is on the up!
NOW is the ideal time to invest in the buy-to-let property market, according to Nottingham lettings specialists, Martin & Co. Boss Martin Crown says rents have increased on two bed properties in the city while capital values have dropped compared to last year. This means that yields are on the rise. “In the first seven years of the new millennium, buy to let has been indisputably, the king of investments, outperforming everything else,” “said Martin, joint franchisee of the business. He added: “Increasing numbers of people are choosing to rent rather than buy and there is a healthy and consistent demand for rented property.”
