Newark Lettings

Martin & Co Newark specialise in renting quality houses and apartments to working people in and around the town. All of our properties are offered unfurnished unless specifically stated otherwise.

Landlords: We have a sole agency contract with an international plc and urgently require more properties in Newark, Balderton, Fernwood & Farndon.

We are open 6 days a week. We open at 9 am every day apart from Wednesday & Saturday when we open at 9.30 am. We close at 5.30 pm during the week and at 3.00 pm on a Saturday. Appointments to view properties can often be made a little later than our office closing times if necessary.

Please note that we specialise in professional lettings. We do not normally have property suitable for students and tenants on lower incomes may well be required to have a suitable guarantor before being accepted.
