We are proud of our relet record, this week we have 2 new tenants moving into their new homes within 3 days of the last tenant moving out. We are continually trying to reduce landlord void periods to a minimum by advertising properties in plenty of time, ensuring that vacating tenants are aware of their responsibilities and new tenants are moving in promptly. This is an essential part in maximising the potential income for a landlord. We also pay all funds over the landlord by Bacs as soon as the cleared funds are in our account, to maximise cash flow and minimise financial stress at this difficult time.
