The husband and wife team Philip and Emma Connor purchased the existing Newark franchise in April 2003 when it had 50 managed properties. They rapidly developed this portfolio to 200 managed properties by the middle of 2006 and moved to new shop-front premises on Lombard Street, Newark in November 2006.

Commenting on the recent move Emma said, “We have supported an increasing number of landlords in and around Grantham and so took the logical step to open a second shop in the market place of Grantham town centre.”
