Property Management Administrator
Martin & Co are looking for a well organised, dynamic and pro-active individual to join their already successful team as a Property Management Assistant. You will be a good communicator and be able to effectively manage a large portfolio of managed properties. Along with having experience as a Property Management Assistant, you will need to be competent in IT, work well within a busy team, have an excellent telephone manner and have your own car.
You will be required to:
- Prioritise workload
- Perform management visits
- Deal with general maintenance issues
- Organise the check in / check out procedure
- Notify utility companies of change of occupants
- Demonstrate high standards of professionalism
- Deal with complaints from landlords and tenants
- Keep the property management system updated
- Liaise with front of office staff to ensure smooth move in / move out process
- Negotiate with contractors for works to be carried out and liaise with landlords
- Manage the property diary system to ensure all reminders are completed on time
