Gemma Puzas, Group Human Resource Manager is based at the head office in Bournemouth, Dorset, and is responsible for co-ordinating recruitment with the franchisees and operations team.

Career development and progression

We offer an excellent induction course to welcome you to the Martin & Co network. There are also a number of training courses available as part of the well established Training Academy. Courses are offered at varying levels and cover a variety of subjects relevant to working within lettings. These include: basic negotiator training, applicant management, advanced negotiator training, legal training, business generation, instruction taking and management techniques. These take place throughout the UK.

Courses are taught by a number of different trainers who are specialists in their chosen field, including the Operations Directors already operating within the Martin & Co network aswell as external trainers, many of which are ARLA qualified.
