Deposit Protection Service's Largest User - Martin & Co
Just one year since the new Tenancy Deposit Protection rules came into effect, Martin & Co, The UK’s Number 1 Letting Agent, has been named the largest user of The Deposit Protection Service (DPS), with over 6000 deposits being lodged with the scheme as of April 1st 2008, representing a sum in excess of £4.5 million.
