We have a great team of Letting Specialists here at Bradford North, Headed up by Carol Stubbs , who recently joined us from Coutrywide with 4 years experience she is on a mission to make Martin & Co the market leader for the Bradford North area. We already use an independent inventory company with a first class reputation locally and is a member of the AIIC (Association Independent Inventory Clerks). We plan to arrange all inventories on properties we are marketing with this company in order to meet the stipulations of the Tenant Deposit Scheme. This too gives landlords peace of mind.

Ready for September

We are ready to take on property for the September back to school rush, families with children start to look at moving in September after the holidays are over, and everyone is back to work.
